SPICED ARONIA BERRY CHUTNEY

2kgs Aronia Berries (washed)
2kgs Cooking Apples (peeled and chopped)
200gms Raisins
2tsps Ground Ginger
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
1tsps Ground Cloves
1/2 Cinnamon stick
Zest and juice of one Orange
Sea Salt
2kgs Sugar
1700ml White Vinegar

Boil all ingredients for approximately 40 minutes till the fruit is soft and chutney is thick with no liquid and bottle into sterilised jars as usual.
