Just one of our favourite dishes, great as a side, main or starter on a bed of lettuce and served with salsa or guacamole.

You can make ahead and reheat or make more for two nights. Its so easy and tasty there won’t be any left!

Recipe:

I cup of flour, 1/4 cup of cornflour, 2tsps garlic salt, 1 tsp asoefodida, 2tsps paprika, 1 cup of oat milk – mix well in a large bowl

Add 2 heads of cauliflower broken into florets and toss till well coated.
Heat a little olive oil in a large baking pan at 200degrees, take out of the oven and carefully add the cauliflower, bake till all the batter is crispy (about 1/2 hr) turning carefully once during cooking.
Meanwhile whisk together 2tbsps olive oil and 1/2 cup ‘Reggae Reggae’ or chilli sauce in the same mixing bowl (save washing up!).
Carefully tip the battered cauliflower into the sauce mix and toss to coat well. Return to the oven to crisp well. (Another 15 minutes or so)
Serve on lettuce with guacamole or salsa dip or with mash and beans, this isn’t a fussy dish but soooo tasty!
