Ok this couldnt be simpler: Just take some metal skewers and some spuds, skewer the spuds and carefully cut them right round the skewer in a continuous spiral – be careful to go right to the skewer all the time, then eek them out along the skewer, lay in a bowl and drizzle with flax oil and sprinkle with some paprika, you can oven bake, grill or BBQ them.

They are geat fun at BBQs, or cooked over a camp fire, just make sure they are really well cooked, tease them out longer to ensure even cooking ideally.
