For those of you unable to attend Linda’s course in person we offer the option of enjoying her courses as online tutorials via Youtube with the option of annual online membership.

During 2024 we are offering an annual online membership for just £5 per month (£60 per year). Members will receive:

• A new tutorial each month for the whole year, building your skills and repertoire across the spectrum of botanical and natural history coloured pencil drawing
• Each tutorial will be accompanied by a pencil list, line drawing, reference image and notes
• As an online group member you will also have the opportunity to email Linda with questions or help along the way
• If you would like to attend any of Lindas ‘In-person’ courses during the year you will benefit from a £5 discount off the course fee
• Should you choose to purchase any of the courses from our online coloured pencil library, you will be invited to choose a second one free of charge

Each tutorial will focus on the beautiful wildlife, flora and fauna the can be found across Devon and for every course purchased 5% will be donated to Devon Wildlife Trust helping their work to enhance and conserve our precious landscape and wildlife.

Coloured pencil is a marvellously versatile medium and it is genuinely an easy medium to master when you have learned the basic techniques. Linda invites you to join her for a series of workshops specifically using Faber Castell Polychromos pencils. You will learn how to layer and blend and various other ‘tricks’ and techniques from flowers to fur.

If you have never put pencil to paper and want to try our six-part absolute beginners course first it can be found here.  Or if you would like to try the first three sessions (Spring) before upgrading to the whole year, please select ‘three month trial’ at check out.

You will be sent a set of notes, reference images and a line drawing with your instructional video for each tutorial. All you need are your Faber Castell Polychromos pencils, good quality drawing paper (Linda mostly uses Clairefontaine paint-on) and a few pencil case items. You will be sent a detailed pencil and paper list with each course.

We invite you to share your outcomes with Linda and of course be in touch if you have any concerns or need help by email for the duration of the course.

Beginners and improvers are most welcome.

We invite you to enjoy each inspirational monthly coloured pencil tutorial for the whole year sent to your email box with a full resource pack and member discounts.

Members receive a monthly email with a link to a private page where you will be first to have access the latest online tutorial. The tutorial can be enjoyed at your leisure and will be accompanied by written notes, an outline drawing, reference images and a pencil/paper list. In addition, you are invited to email Linda should you have questions about the tutorial and share your finished artworks with her for feedback if you wish.

Should there be any subject you would rather not receive, or are not 100% pleased with, simply let us know and you can exchange it for any single tutorial from our extensive online library!
