As places are limited, we require full payment to reserve your place on a course, this can be by PayPal, bank transfer, cheque or cash. However if you are booking multiple courses please contact us and we will be pleased for you to spread the payment over the year.
Once booked, you may exchange your chosen course, or ask for a credit or refund in full up to four weeks prior to the course date. If you find it necessary to cancel your booking less than four weeks prior to the date, refunds or exchanges will only be made if there is a waiting list from which your place is filled. You are of course always welcome to send a friend in your place.
If we ever find it necessary to change, amend or cancel a class we will always refund you in full or rebook you (as required) and give you as much notice as is possible dependant on the reason.
Full requirements lists and booking confirmations will be supplied on receipt of your payment.
Please provide details for each person attending and remember to keep a copy of the classes that you have booked.
Gift vouchers for courses are available on request and are subject to the same terms as above. Gift vouchers purchased for a cash amount have no time limit in which to be used and can be used towards course fees, materials and/or accommodation. Once a course is booked it becomes subject to our usual terms as stated.
As you will see from our website, we post photographs of classes, if you object to being in a photo used in this way please ensure that you tell us.
If you decide to join our mailing list or book a course, we will send infrequent email newsletters to you and a paper brochure once a year. You are welcome to unsubscribe to either of these at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button on any email or contacting us direct. We will NEVER share your details with anyone else.
