Due to the pandemic a few things may be different and so that you can be prepared for your stay please note the following important points to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable…
- Beds will be made up with all bedding supplied, towels are available on request. Guests may be asked to supply their own pillows, cases, duvet and cover, as well as towels if government guidance is issued again.
- We ask you to complete the attached self check-in form so that we have your full contact details as well as an emergency contact and return it to us by email before your stay.
- All room information may now be found online as we are no longer able to leave paper folders in the rooms. Please browse this in advance of your stay to make the most of your time with us. We suggest you save the page to your devices www.theoldkennels.co.uk/info so you have it to hand during your stay.

Please check your reservation carefully for any mistakes and ensure that you inform us of any need to cancel, least one week prior to the date of stay, if you are unable to travel due to self isolation and are only aware of this closer to your stay please inform us immediately and we will be pleased to transfer your booking to another date.
Accommodation is on the first floor, access is via an external staircase or long access ramp. One bedroom and bathroom are accessible by wheel chair, but are not ‘mobility’. Please call to discuss any mobility needs in order to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience you can see more on accessibility here.
Finally, if you are planning a late night and will need a taxi we strongly recommend you book this well in advance (days or weeks!) as there are very few taxi companies locally and they tend to get booked up quickly (see ‘book a taxi’).
