Before you leave home
Due to the current pandemic a few things are different and so that you can be prepared for your stay please note the following important points to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable…
- Beds will be made up with all bedding supplied, towels are available on request. Guests may be asked to supply their own pillows and cases and duvet and cover as well as towels in the event of any future Covid outbreaks.
- There will be tea, coffee and fresh milk in the apartment to greet you. We will supply bath mats, tea towels and dish cloths.
- All room information may now be found online as we are no longer able to leave paper folders in the rooms. Please browse this in advance of your stay to make the most of your time with us. We suggest you the page to your devices www.theoldkennels.co.uk/info so you have it to hand during your stay.
- If you are planning a late night and will need a taxi we strongly recommend you book this well in advance (days or weeks!) as there are very few taxi companies locally and they tend to get booked up quickly (see ‘book a taxi).
- Check in is any time after 4pm, it would be much appreciated if you could confirm by call or text to 07977595080 or email info@theoldkennels.co.uk roughly what time you expect to arrive then we can ensure we leave lights on and keys ready for you.
- We ask you to complete the attached self check-in form so that we have your full contact details as well as an emergency contact and return it to us by email before your stay.
